MICRODERMABRASION (MEDICAL GRADE)
Microdermabrasion is rapidly becoming one of the most popular superficial
peeling therapies. Reportedly used by many celebs including Madonna,
Martine McCutcheon, Victoria Beckham, Cameron Diaz and Cindy Crawford to
name but a few. It is non-surgical, safe and effective. It is a skin revitalising
method that uses fine particles of aluminium oxide crystals to remove the dead
layer of cells from the skin and stimulate the production of new collagen and
cells in the deeper layers of the skin. Microdermabrasion can combat signs of
ageing by smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. It also treats acne, acne scarring,
enlarged pores, mild pigment irregularities, stretch marks; sun damaged skin and
dull, oily or leathery skin texture.
This microdermabrasion system is so successful, due to its unique combination of
a high-velocity and filter system, it is powered by a vacuum rather than thrusting
the particles with forced air as used in other systems. Typically treatments are
administered over a series of approx. six sessions, usually at an interval of one to
two weeks, depending on treatment goals. We combine the microdermabrasion
treatment with Jean D’Arcel products for added benefit. These products are
available for purchase for the continued enhancement of your skin.
In addition to the face microdermabrasion can be successfully used on the
neck, arms and hands.
