To benefit from this programme it is recommended that you fill out an Online Health
Report, this will give you an overall general health score between 0 - 100. The optimum
range is 85 - 100. It will also give you a system score as several health factors influence
your overall health and the way you look and feel. A key system will be identified,this is
your immediate priority area to enhance your health and wellbeing.
An individually tailored nutritional supplement programme will be recommended. You will
be able to check your progress in a few months time with the second Online Health
Report.
You then print your Online Health Report and bring it along to one of our nutrition
technicians for a report interpretation and your personal supplement programme.
If you follow the advice given on your individual health report combined with the
supplements your health and wellbeing will improve, your energy levels will increase and
as an added bonus your weight will balance naturally whether you need to gain or lose
weight.

This includes two online health reports and two 30 minute appointments with a Nutrition
Technician. The online report can be done at home or by using the facilities in the clinic.
The Online Profile is suitable for everyone but there are certain conditions/ medications
that may be contra-indicated so a consultation with one of our nutrition technicians is
required prior to commencing supplements in these cases.

'' The cornerstone of health and ageless ageing is your nutrition. But what exactly is optimum nutrition?
I founded the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 1984, which is an independent educational trust, to
explore just this question. The result of our research shows clearly that today's diet, even among those
who consider their diet 'well-balanced' falls a long way short of what is now absolutely proven to be
optimal.
If your aim is to be youthful and full of energy, with the minimum risk of disease, it is essential to take
supplements of the 50 or so vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and other key nutrients from
